How do I know what product is right for my needs and my space?

Will a walk-in tub fit in my regular-sized bathtub space?

Our products come in different shapes and sizes, but we also have a selection of walk-in tubs that are the same footprint as a standard sized tub. We can also help you determine whether an inward or outward swinging door will be best for you.

Can I convert my tub by myself?

Our conversion kits are simple to install and don’t require any extensive renovations or changes to your plumbing. While they can be completed as a DIY project, we still recommend getting assistance with the project from someone with the correct tools. Installing a conversion kit takes less than four hours.

 

How can I get my tub installed?

Our nationwide dealer network is here to help you coordinate a seamless installation. We can collaborate with local or preferred installers to ensure that your new walk-in tub or barrier-free shower is properly installed by a professional.

How do I maintain my acrylic tub?

To best maintain your acrylic tub, we always say “less is more!” All it takes to maintain the surface of your acrylic tub is a soft cloth, a sponge, a soft brush, and then some warm water. If you’re wanting to soften or remove mineral deposits on your tub’s surface, we recommend a vinegar and water solution. Be sure to rinse this with warm water after applying!

 

How to I maintain the jets and drainage of my tub?

The best practice for cleaning your jetted bathtub is to fill the tub with hot or warm water, then add roughly 2 cups of vinegar. We then recommend turning off any air-induction valves and activating the jets. It’s best to allow the jets to run on high for about 15 minutes before draining, as this will remove any buildup inside of the jets.

Do the product prices include taxes?
It’s important to note that the prices of our products do not include taxes, but you will be able to see the total price of your order before you commit to paying for it!

What are your shipping options?

We offer ground shipping for all tubs and showers, and standard and expedited shipping on conversion kits.

Where do you offer shipping?

We ship our products worldwide from our facility in Canada. Remote or distant locations may be subject to additional freight charges. We will confirm additional charges with you before your purchase.

Are pickup options available for your products?

We have a reliable network of dealers across North America who have our products in their showrooms or offer direct shipping to their location. Reach out to find a dealer in your area and inquire about pickup or local delivery options.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy on brand new or uninstalled items. The product must be in the original packaging to receive a full refund. We charge a 25% restocking fee of the original order amount, less the taxes and shipping costs. Please note that the customer is responsible for all associated costs of shipping the return.

 

What is your exchange policy?

To inquire or initiate an exchange, please get in touch with our team. Note that we have a 30-day exchange policy on brand new or uninstalled items. The product must be in the original packaging to qualify for an exchange, and the exchanges are done on a case-by-case basis.
